This is a ram air intake duct for 2004-2007 Volvo S60 R. You remove the fog light plastic cover on the left side of the front bumper. Cut the cover along the ribs creating a small grill. Install intake duct in front bumper and clip modified cover in on top of duct to secure. Route 2.5in diameter tube from duct up to air box. Air box will need to be modified with 2.5in hole and 2.5in coupler which will be in a second print file. Recommend printing in either ABS or ASA to deal with high temps.
